Our Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

Many Willow Way products are handmade, hand printed or produced in small batches. Because of this, slight differences in:

• Ink coverage

• Print placement

• Texture

• Colour

• Stitching

• Shape

• Finish

may occur.

These small variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not necessarily mean that an item is faulty.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product Availability

Some Willow Way products are produced in small quantities or are one-of-a-kind.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange either an alternative where appropriate or a refund.

Prices

All prices are displayed in euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Delivery charges are displayed separately where applicable before checkout is completed.

Where VAT applies, prices will be displayed in accordance with applicable requirements.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

You will receive confirmation of your order using the contact details supplied during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• An item is unavailable

• An obvious pricing error has occurred

• Payment cannot be processed

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

You are responsible for ensuring the payment and contact information supplied is accurate.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.

Local Collection

Where local collection is offered, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting to collect it.

Collection details will be supplied following your order.

Your Right to Cancel

For most products purchased online, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

Certain products are exempt from the statutory cooling-off period, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Personalised and Custom Products

Where an item has been made specifically to your instructions or clearly personalised for you, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Products supplied must comply with applicable Irish consumer law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods are separate from Willow Way's change-of-mind Returns Policy and are not restricted by these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, illustrations, lino designs, photographs, branding, written content, graphics and other original material displayed on this website belong to Willow Way Design or are used with appropriate permission.

They may not be reproduced, copied, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website:

• For unlawful purposes

• To interfere with the operation or security of the website

• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information

• To copy or commercially exploit website content without permission

Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to or integrate with third-party services.
